Dr. Olabisi Oshikanlu is a dynamic force of inspiration and empowerment. As a devoted mother, accomplished physician, serial entrepreneur, and Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, trainer, and coach, she has dedicated her life to helping others reach their fullest potential. Dr. Oshikanlu is the visionary founder of Full Hands Ventures, a pioneering communication and training company committed to transforming lives through the power of personal and professional development. A passionate philanthropist, Dr. Oshikanlu co-runs the Empowered for Greatness Foundation, a remarkable initiative that sponsors underprivileged medical and law students in Nigeria, giving them the opportunity to pursue their dreams and contribute to their communities. Her tireless efforts in philanthropy and education reflect her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

Dr. Tolu Arowolo

Director

Dr. Tolu Arowolo is a Public Health Physician and Epidemiologist with immense experience in planning, implementing. and evaluating health programs in the field of communicable and non-communicable diseases especially HIV, viral hepatitis, malaria, and epidemic-prone diseases. She has a special interest in monitoring and evaluation of health programs and infectious disease surveillance. She has coordinated various field research, surveys, and implementations in HIV, viral hepatitis, malaria, and infectious disease outbreak.

Olukorede

Director

Olukorede is the Executive Director and Chairman, Board of Trustees of Kolmarg Eyesight Foundation. He qualified as an Ophthalmologist in 2006 and is currently a Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology, University of Jos and Honorary Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos in north-central Nigeria. He completed a one-year subspecialty training in vitreo-retina surgery in 2016 at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai under the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust-funded Commonwealth Eye Health Consortium programme. He is passionate about providing eye care to rural communities and has been involved in eye camps in rural areas of north-central and north-eastern Nigeria for over 10 years. Olukorede is a part-time pastor with Living Faith Church, Rock Haven in Jos and he enjoys reading and playing table tennis.

Lola Odelola

Director

Lola Odelola is a Technologist and Professional Rubber Duck, her role in the technology industry is to help others and build tools that make work and life a little easier. Professionally she has worked in a number of industries, including ethical food, political organising & campaigning, Web Standards, and Big Tech.
Her desire to help also extends past her paid work as she is the founder of blackgirl.tech, a non-profit aimed at helping to diversify the tech industry with free workshops, social events, and scholarships. As someone without a technical background, with a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature, Lola understood the difficulty in trying to understand and navigate the tech industry and the importance of a safe community. This was the goal of blackgirl.tech, to provide a safe space for Black girls, women and non-binary people to learn and explore technology. Between 2014 and 2018, blackgirl.tech helped over 200 Black girls, women and non-binary people on their coding journey and teamed up with 8th Light to offer a scholarship program for two Black women to learn how to code. Many also went on to start their careers in tech or advance their skillset.
Lola continues to work in the Web Standards space, imagining new ways to make the Web more safe, accessible and equitable.

Olakunle Adenuga

Director

Olakunle Adenuga is the executive Director of Realms Ventures. He qualified as a Chartered accountant in 2005 and is currently the accountant at Standard Integrated Support Services. He is passionate about improving the lives of people and making resources available to the economically disadvantaged persons.
